Trannon is responsible for the data infrastructure that fuels the research, acquisition, and operation services at ResiShares.

Trannon’s work is focused on modernizing ResiShares’ backend architecture with a heavy emphasis on flexibility, maintainability, and scalability; enabling efficient acquisitions and real time market analysis.

Trannon has been working with real estate data and analytics since 2010.

He was the lead data developer at Clear Capital where he led the implementation of an appraisal risk and review platform for Freddie Mac. He later joined HouseCanary as a senior engineer where he worked on their MLS and public record data ingestion pipelines.

Trannon has bachelor’s degrees in aerospace engineering and dance from the University of Colorado, and a master’s degree in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT.

When he’s not in front of a terminal he enjoys hitting the slopes on his snowboard and camping with his family.
